Hi, Just a thought. Obviously if you catch a farmed salmon you should chap it, but are they actually safe to eat? I heard that when a big escapee run found its way into loch ba on mull last season, people were catching dozens in a day, all of which were headed for the bin as they had to be treated as biological waste?
